ATS Icons Have been consolidated into a single ATS Icon

• Purpose:
  • The Use of UI real estate is critical; too little or too much information can impact a user's ability to make decisions
    • We have minimized some of the noise by consolidating the multiple ATS icons into one single ATS icon and the details will be maintained in the tool-tip when you hover over the icon.

Add Candidates to any open role from any open existing role

• The ability to add candidates in one role to a different role
• Move a candidate from any tab in ANY role to the Select tab of ANY other role
• Why is it Important?
  • If a user discovers a candidate in one role that may be relevant for another role, they can now easily add the candidate to that role.
    • Click on the "Context Menu" next to your candidate rating icons
    • Select "Add To"
      
      
      
    • A new dialogue box will appear, and you can select the additional role you want to add the candidate to
      
    • The target candidate will then appear in the "selected" tab of the new role
      • By default, the candidate will have a "Good" rating (single Thumbs Up) in the new role you just added them to
      • If you want to change the rating to "Great", you will need to navigate to the target role and use the search bar to find the target candidate and then change the rating for this candidate.

Company List Guardrail

• You can no longer use a User Created Custom Company List and a Top Ranked List at the same time
  • These two mechanisms use different system logic, and in the past, trying to use these elements at the same time caused unwanted system behavior
  • We have now disabled the ability to use both, and we provide a notification in the system to share why.

Company Search Enhancements

• In the Company Search Utility, you can now sort the results by:
  • Number of Employees
    
  • Company Size
    
  • Company Name (A to Z)
    
    • Why This Changed: When sorting by A-Z the first companies in the results were companies with special characters or had numbers in their name. These are often not the companies with the highest interest.
