At Censia, we have been hard at work updating our solution to make it easier to use. These changes centre around two main themes, one being deepening Integrations with ATS’ and CRMs and two being making it easier to curate lists of candidates.
Important Elements in this Document:
- Improved Integrations
Improved Integrations
Firstly, Candidates from all available sources are now clearly laid out in different tabs on the same page. This makes it considerably easier to switch between applicants and prospects for a specific job, broader rediscovered candidates from your ATS/CRM, and new potential candidates from Censia’s own database. All you have to do is rate the ranked candidates using a thumbs up or down. Any candidate you give a thumbs up will be saved in a selected candidates tab.
Secondly, not only have we made it easier to distinguish whether a candidate is an applicant or prospect within our system, we have now also made it possible for you to view a candidates history (past applications) with your organization directly within Censia - no more needing to jump backwards and forwards between your system and ours.
People Lists
Our goal is to make it easier to manage and organize candidates. In order to achieve this, we want to make it easier to save a candidate you find on the job you are actively working on or add candidates that are missing. Similarly, we want to allow you to add a candidate to other jobs where you think they may be a quality prospect. Finally, we think you should also be able to add candidates to a “favorites” style list for later.
In order to achieve this goal we have had to make some major architectural changes. In doing so, the first step was to make sure all current functionality was still preserved, which is represented in this release.
A future release will bring some of the new functionality mentioned above (moving candidates about more freely).
New Navigation Tabs
- We have introduced a new tab design that lets you see passive external talent and Rediscovered Talent in their respective tabs. Previously you had to execute separate searches with different configurations when connected to an ATS.
Enrichment and ATS Exports
- A candidate can be enriched or exported to an ATS directly from the "Selected" tab or from the "Candidate Profile Card"
- Selected Tab
- Candidate Profile Card
- Selected Tab
Candidate Slate Filters
-
-
We have created a new Sort/Filter menu with enhanced Filter Options
-
Improved "Quick Search" Capabilities
-
You can use the Quick Search Bar to find additional items to filter your results, such as:
-
Skills
-
Schools
-
Degrees
-
Rating Options & Role Actions
- You can continue to perform various activities with roles and candidate profiles
- Example: Close Role, Clone Role, Anonymize Results etc.
- This functionality has not changed and looks the same as it did before
- We have separated the ratings of a candidate (thumbs up/thumbs down), from the stage of the candidate in the souring workflow
- The Candidate Profile Card will work with the new Stage and Rating functionalities
- The Source Column will display in the "Job Candidates" Tab, "Rediscovered" Tab, and the "New" tab
- Note: The Job Candidates and Rediscovered Tabs will only display if there is an integrated ATS
-
The Selected Tab will be a shortened list of candidates based on which candidates were rated from the other tabs
New "Must Haves" Icon
- Next to the Search Name, we have a new icon called "Must-Haves"
- This will allow users to be more aware when they have applied “Must-Have” classifications to specific Attributes and Categories that may have impacts on the Search Results
- This will allow users to be more aware when they have applied “Must-Have” classifications to specific Attributes and Categories that may have impacts on the Search Results
ATS Integration Improvements
- We have Improved our integrations with connected ATS/CRMs
- We now have the ability to distinguish between an Applicant (someone who has applied to a job) vs a Prospect (someone who a recruiter is considering inviting to apply for an open job)
- This will only occur when the search is connected to an open ATS Job Requisition
- Applicant Example:
- We now have the ability to distinguish between an Applicant (someone who has applied to a job) vs a Prospect (someone who a recruiter is considering inviting to apply for an open job)
- Prospect Example:
- New Application History Icon
- We have enhanced the system with a new Application History
- When you hover over the icon, a tooltip will appear that will show a candidate's Application History
- This allows users to see directly in Talent Intelligence if a candidate has been previously considered for a requisition or is currently applied to an open requisition in a connected ATS/CRM
- We have enhanced the system with a new Application History
- Scoring Algorithm
- We are now using our core scoring algorithm to score Rediscovered candidates
- Previously Rediscovered Candidates were scored based on "Title" and "Location" only, now we encompass more elements to decipher the rank and ratings for a candidate profile based on the search criteria
- We are now using our core scoring algorithm to score Rediscovered candidates
