Where does Censia get its Data?
Censia develops a global talent mapping platform by sourcing data from various industry and professional partners, aggregating billions of web pages to gather professional information on people, roles, skills, and companies. Utilizing AI algorithms, Censia extracts, labels, and structures this data into a "Golden Record," a comprehensive and live profile for each candidate. This process involves partnerships with over 2,000 data sources to provide detailed career data, including professional sites, resume databases, job boards, and more. Censia standardizes and clusters this data using specific taxonomies and ontologies. Their system also identifies and clusters data points to create unique profiles for individuals with common names, ensuring a dynamic and accurate representation of professional information. To date, Censia has structured more than 67 trillion data points.
