How to Share a Role

If more than one team member is working to fill a role, you can easily share any role you’ve created with your team members.

How to Share a Role from your Workspace

1. Click on the three dots on the right side of the role you want to share, and select Share Role.

2. Start typing the name or email of the person you’d like to add. The software will automatically populate contacts as you type. You can select multiple people, and remove people by clicking the X next to their name.
   
3. Click Share.

How to Share a Role from your Candidate Slate View

1. Click on the green Share button located in the top-right corner of your browser window, above the slate filters.

2. Start typing the name or email of the person you’d like to add. The software will automatically populate contacts as you type. You can select multiple people, and remove people by clicking the X next to their name.

3. Click Share.

How to Leave a Shared Role

1. Click on the green Share button located in the top-right corner of your browser window, above the slate filters.
   
2. Click on the Leave button next to your name.

How to Remove People from a Shared Role

1. Click on the green Share button located in the top-right corner of your browser window, above the slate filters.
   
2. Click on the Remove button next to the person’s name.

How to see with whom a role has been shared

From your Workspace

1. If a role has been shared the number of people with whom it has been shared will appear on the right-hand side of the column, under Shared.

2. Hover over the number to see the team members it has been shared with.

From a Candidate Slate View

1. If a role has been shared, the initials of the people with whom it has been shared will appear in individual icons next to the Share button at the top right corner of the browser window, above the slate filters.

2. Hover over each initial’s icon to reveal the full names of the teammates it has been shared with.
