Settings
Settings are used to establish some basic parameters for your company’s talent search. Several of these are controlled by your company’s administrator account.
If you would like to request additional settings, you can do so by emailing product@censia.com.
-
Company Information (admin only)
This setting is used to set your company’s information on our database. Your company information will refine your search results and improve recruiting efficiency. For instance, you will find more candidates coming from similar industries, company sizes, and revenue levels.
Only your Account Admin can edit these selections.
- Companies Similar to Mine: Selecting "Companies Similar to Mine" puts more emphasis on these companies relative to others. This means that people working at, or who have previously worked at, these companies will be ranked higher in research results.
-
Company Preferences
Adding company preferences further refines your search results to include specific types of companies, industries, and cities.
- Companies We Like to Hire From: Adding companies to this section places more emphasis on these companies relative to others.
- For Example: If “Apple” is added to Companies Similar to Mine or Companies We Like to Hire From, then candidates from Apple will rank higher than those from other companies.
- Other Industries of Interest: Adding industries to this category will rank candidates from those industries higher than candidates from other industries.
- Other Cities of Strategic Interest: Adding cities to this category will rank candidates from those cities higher than candidates from other cities.
-
Anonymous Mode
This setting allows an entity administrator to turn on Anonymous Mode as the default for all users from this organization. This will hide identifying information, including names, gender, contact information, and school name and location.
Please note that individual users can manually toggle Anonymous Mode on and off in the slates they are working on by clicking the green button with three white dots.
Anonymous Mode will automatically turn off when a user enriches a candidate list.
-
Contact Enrichment by CSV
This setting allows the user to get up-to-date contact information on a list of contacts by uploading a CSV file into Censia.
For instance, if a user has a list of contacts from LinkedIn or their ATS that is lacking contact information, they can upload the CSV to Censia, run the enrichment process, and download an updated CSV containing additional contact information.
