If you’re recruiting for several similar roles, cloning a role is the best way to quickly copy and update an existing model search.
Cloning a Role from the Dashboard
- Click on the three little dots on the right of an existing role and select Clone as New Role.
- In the pop-up windows, adjust the name and location of the role if necessary. Updating the name will help you identify the new role more easily in your workspace.
For instance: If you are searching for the same role in another location, you might want to add the location to the role name. We also recommend updating the job/requisition number, if applicable.
- Click Clone.
-
Once the role is cloned, you can update the role further using the Improve Your Ideal Candidate Model drawer on the left-hand side of the screen.
Cloning a Role from a Candidate Slate View
